Shitake Shiyate (MP3) from "The Enchanted Dungeon"

CLICK THE MUSHROOM, TAKE A TRIP!

Dungeonssssshhhhrooms:
dwarven tea ceremony

I'm not sure what he poured out of the tulip-shaped spout
on the teapot.

The lights flicker red, the gongs are shredded metals
hanging, broken out of plucking strings,
and bells are falling from spongy bowels.

His cap bespeckled with mold,
the lowly mushroom boy was
encrusted to the stone cave floor.

The gills had spores sprinkling down like snow
collecting in the small cups of a children's tea set
sat mad Mr. Mushroom with his gills wet.

He was a strange fellow and liked to rub his gills back to reveal
two eyes, like two demented disembodied orbs,
suspended by dirty ambiguous antennae
dangling like sex organs toward me
offering me cream
and sugary crystal drops--
the drone of insatiable blue.

Our bodies blast like prodigious spores.

Our mouth is made mute by infected sores.

Everything is so ridiculously terrifying.

I've never laughed
so quiet in my life.
